These Terms of Service govern your use of WhoGet operated by WhoGet, Inc. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WhoGet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use WhoGet. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@whoget.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Posting Rules
Posts must accurately describe what you need or what you are selling. You may not post requests or offers for prohibited items (see our Prohibited Items list), illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, adult content, or anything that breaks Nigerian law. WhoGet may remove any post without notice.
No Guarantee of Transactions
WhoGet connects buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee that any post will get offers, that any offer is genuine, or that any deal will go through. You trade at your own risk and must verify sellers before you pay.
Intellectual Property
WhoGet and its logos, design, and content are owned by WhoGet, Inc. and are protected by copyright. You grant WhoGet a non-exclusive licence to display the content you post on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhoGet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of money in fraudulent transactions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of WhoGet after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
